Round Rhodonite Cabochon

This natural rhodonite originates from the Hill 60 Claim on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, sourced from lapidary rough acquired directly from claim owner David LeBlanc. Hand-cut and polished to a smooth finish on both the front and back in my Saskatoon lapidary studio, this captivating round cabochon features vivid pink plumes of rhodonite suspended within a brecciated and highly altered matrix. The striking contrast and depth highlight the delicate internal textures characteristic of this historic locality.
