This stunning marquise-cut cabochon features rich, brick-red Canadian jasper, expertly shaped from rough material sourced in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The original rough was discovered by local prospector Josh March as a beach boulder, allowing for easy and non-destructive collection.

This stone has been carefully cut in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan by Fireweed Minerals into a cabochon weighing 6.65 carats and measuring 18.90 × 9.45 × 4.65 mm.
