Oval Amethyst Cabochon

This beautiful oval high dome Canadian amethyst cabochon is cut from rough sourced from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The material was originally found by local prospector Josh March, as a damaged amethyst point and has since been cut and polished, here in Canada. The cabochon weights 22.95 CT and measures 21.00 x 15.00 x 8.75 mm. This stone is purple but has a lot of pink to magenta undertones depending on the light.
